I love Ramen!!!
& I like to try out different kind of Ramen when I travel to
different places in Japan!

Well. I decided to give Shuka-en(朱華園) a try when I was in Onomichi (尾道) coz’
the staff at the tourist information counter highly recommended it.

According to the the staff, Shuka-en (朱華園) is a very famous ramen shop in Onomichi.
It seems that there’s always a long queue at the shop but luckily
I reach there before the queue started :p

To be honest…
I’m all about Tonkotsu soup base when it comes to Ramen…
but to my surprise, Shuka-en shoyu base ramen is not bad at all.

Actually the norm at this place is Chuka soba（中華そば)..
Almost half of the people ordered Chuka soba but I heard that their
Cha shu  is good so I ordered Cha she Ramen (叉燒麺/チャーシューメン)

Their Cha shu pork slice (叉燒/チャーシュー) is good!
