Seoul National University campus is really huge.

I was there to meet a friend for lunch during my last Korea trip.
We had lunch at the student cafeteria and
sipped some hot lemon tea while people watching.

After walking around the campus a bit,
I said good bye to my friend and took the airport limousine bus
to Gimpo airport to catch a flight to Jeju island.

If you don’t have much luggage and would like to detour a bit before
your flight back, maybe you can go to SNU.
Coz’ you can catch a airport limousine bus to the airport at the
University entrance! How convenient yah!

Japan are having long holidays now…
and this is the time I usually travels when I was living there.
Seriously, I need a vacation!!!

If you can go anywhere in the world,
where do you wanna go the most?

Wah! Love all the blooms in this beautiful campus :)

Hm.. Very tough question cause I have such a long list. For the moment my ultimate destination will be Machu Picchu – Andes

It looks like a nice place to walk around, and the bus would be really convenient!
I really want to visit Korea while I am in Japan this time. I’ve never been but really want to!!

You should really visit Korea when you’re living in Japan. Seoul is just around 2 hours by flight! Actually I would want to go back to Korea again..lol

My heart aches as I read this entry… :)
My best friend is leaving Korea today to come back here and she used to study at SNU. So I used to live there a bit too (a bit farer in Gwanak-gu). So many memories.
Also, I had a fun event with this bus I caught. I rushed my friend because I only had 3 hours left to catch my flight and I almost missed it!!! How long is this bus!!!! But I saw many funny yet strange things thanks to this bus :p

Right now I only want to go to Barcelona, where I’m heading in two weeks :)
    What about you?

    • sleepwalkingintokyo said, on September 1, 2012 at 1:37 am

Oh…What an adventure you had :o Are you in Barcelona now? Spain is always one of the countries I always wanted to visit!

Sorry for the late reply :’(
I was in Barcelona yes, this is a very interesting city. Spanish people -and especially Catalunya people- aren’t welcoming. Even my expat friends who lived years in Spain agreed. That’s the big negative point. But the architecture is impressive! You’d have great picture moments there ;)

For me. Peru for Machu Picchu and the salt sea.. somewhere in texas, forgot the actual name of the place.
In fact, China can be quite appealling to visit… of course Japan and Korea is on my list too!
Been travelling around Europe too often now, think I need to explore out.

    • sleepwalkingintokyo said, on September 1, 2012 at 1:42 am

Hi suzie.. I haven’t been out of Asia… would love to explore Europe some day… I love Japan & Korea! very tourist friendly. China is interesting too but less tourist friendly…toilets are ..ermm..not so clean.

Amazing photos, as per usual. :)

Taiwan will always be the place I want to be. It’s such an under-rated place. I would go to the Rainbow Village to be exact. It’s sad how many people don’t know what a great vacation spot Taiwan can be. :D

    • sleepwalkingintokyo said, on September 1, 2012 at 1:44 am

Hi Eileen :) I love Taiwan and would love to go back there again. I googled on Rainbow Village! Wow! such an artsy & colorful place! I would love to explore that place if I ever go to TW again! thanks for the recommendation!

I am looking forward to my first trip outside the US. I don’t take vacations very often…but I am learning that life is too short to not take a chance or a trip or do something a little crazy. I have lead a mostly quiet and somewhat boring life. My friends are helping me change this. We are planning a trip to Korea…I can’t wait. I started an online/podcast Korean class 101. I hope I will be ready when the time comes.

Wonderful blog! I found it while browsing on Yahoo
News. Do you have any tips on how to get listed
in Yahoo News? I’ve been trying for a while but I never seem to get there! Thank you
