I love walking along the Cheong gye cheon (청계천) stream.
During this trip, I’ve walked so many times along Cheong gye cheon.
The longest walk I took is from Jongno 5-ga to Myeongdong.
The weather was really lovely on that day :)
I’ll post the photos another time.

Time flies.
I can’t believe my blog will be 3 years old soon.
I did a blog anniversary giveaway last year.
I’m not sure what I’ll do this time.
Any ideas?

I really like you post :) though never leave a comment (sorry)
Hi cita. Nice to meet you ;) Thank you for letting me know that you like my post! I hope you’ll comment more ;)
me too, another silent reader. the store front in korea bear some resemblance with the store front in malaysia, the hardware store especially, things just flowed outside and i do wonder sometimes how on earth they get those things back into the store every day. hehehe.
honestly, i am inspired with your photos, i hope that maybe some day you’ll have a chance to do an exhibition of your travels :)
Hi fifa ;) I don’t think my photos are good enough for an exhibition but thank you for the encouraging words :) Hehe.. yah. those store owners and staff are amazing yah. I wonder how they remember where everything is placed!
I almost have the same first picture! I was waiting for a friend and just sat at the subway exit and took some shots. I thought it was funny.
Jongro 5-ga and this area really interesting. It has a “typical” charm doesn’t it?
I wish I could comment more but I’m working 7/7 it’s tiring… But i keep the mail notice for your posts in my mail box to visit your page. It’s always a pleasure :)
yes. Jongno area is really interesting to explore with all kinds of shops from flower shop, craft shops to hardware stores.
wow.. you work 7/7!? Can’t u take rest? Thank you for taking your time to comment :) I really appreciate it.
Some areas are creepy too isn’t it? The real downtown. My friend lived there and there was many dark cafés and such…
Yes I work 7/7… right now i’m taking a break by answering you haha. I forgot to allow the notifications so sorry for being late :(
yes….I think I saw those dark cafes that you mentioned :o
I never comment that much, but i read your post all the time. I really enjoy it! :)
Hi Raymond :) I notice you comments sometimes :) Thank you!
I’ve been enjoying the updates this entire week on Korea in film. you bring a personal take even as a tourist (maybe because you feel more local than not!) and you’ve been helping me practise my Japanese reading too ;)
Thank you Meds! I’m happy to know that those Japanese & Korean & Chinese words I sometimes put at the post are useful to you. Actually the last time I was in Korea, my Korean friend did commented that I act like a local rather than a tourist..lol
Love those store fronts, all of them!
