O’Sulloc Tea House in Myeongdong specializes in green tea.
I had an appointment with a friend in Myeongdong & she suggested for us to meet up at this place.
I knew this place was kinda popular…
but didn’t know about their price range…
The green tea caramel latte I had is 8,000 won!
OMG! It’s so expensive ;0
Luckily it was a “big cup” of green tea latte and it tasted really good…
else I won’t be able to sleep that night thinking that I’ve spend 8,000won on a drink *sweat*
You can call me a cheapo, but I really don’t like to spend so much for just a cup of drink :o
#
I know it doesn’t look very big in this photo..
Maybe the photo I posted in my tumblr will give you a better idea of the size of the cup.
#
Btw. Just for your information, a cup of Café Latte is around 4,000 -4,500won at
those local cafe like Cafe Bene & TOM N TOMS.
#
But again, this is green tea we’re talking about…
And O’Sulloc speacializes in green tea and I think they have their own tea plantation &
a O’sulloc Tea Museum in Jeju.
#
Other than drinks, O’Sulloc Tea House also have dessert menu like green tea cheese tiramisu.
btw. You can have a look at their menu over here >>
#
The cafe is really spacious & i like the woody & natural themed interior they have.
They also have branches in places like Insadong, Daehak-ro…
I do recommend this place if you can afford their price range.

Oh. And I found a 10% discount coupon for foreign visitors at the Visit Korea Website.
So print this out if you’re planning to go there :)

Crazy prices! It looks delicious though!
Yeah! The price is crazy ;o
Must have been one amazing latte! The prices in the “Miss Lee Cafe” you posted earlier were also pricey~ (approx 6500won~) Do drinks cost as much as a meal in Korea? :O I’m planning to stay at a guesthouse in Myeongdong this summer! Definitely want to check this place out. ^^
No. Not all drinks are at that price range. You can get a cup of coffee around 2,500won at local brand coffee shop.
