I love autumn too! I’ll be heading to South Korea in October so I’ll be looking at your old posts for places to visit and asking you for tips. Would the leaves be changing colors then?
Wow! I would love to visit South Korea in autumn too…are you going in early Oct? I think the leaves starts to change color in Oct but it also depends on the area you go…

Travels… I had these huge plans to travel for two months now that my PhD defense has been pushed to October (still very much wtf, must finish thesis in two weeks, will never have time!) instead of December. And then I remembered that I already have a conference to attend mid-November and I promised to be the main organiser and teacher for a course that starts in November and runs till May. So much for travel plans! Ah well, summer 2012 I’ll just take tons of time off then.
hi Gali! Wow. you are so busy! But I think it’s a good thing to have your one year already planned! I hope you’ll get to travel a lot when all these settle down!

I think summer in Tokyo will be my last holiday for this year (unless my mum want me to take her to Hong Kong). I know it would be great but I kinda miss Japan’s autumn – I went to Japan during autumn for two years so it was kinda like…I would miss everything about it, esp. the red leaves :)

my gosh these photos are an inspiration! i haven’t seen a true fall in so many years. i miss it. i would like to get to NYC this fall but not sure it will happen.
I will miss the autumn colors in Japan. I hope u’ll get to see the beautiful fall colors in NYC.
