I love the lush greens in Meiji Jingu(明治神宮)

You’re supposed to cleanse yourself  before you enter the shrine.
Wash your hands & mouth with the water ~

Meiji Jingu is quite a popular spot for traditional Japanese weddings.

I know it might sounds weird…but I like to take walks in Meiji Shrine.
According to their official website, the forest in Meiji Shrine has
170,000 trees of 245 species (as of 2008)

    Oh I would love to go there (it looks so green!)
    And it must be so amazing to be able to see a traditional wedding.

      It’s really a lovely place :) & I think traditional weddings are being held almost everyday in Shrines.

    i haven’t been to Meiji Shrine yet although I’ve been to Tokyo twice! I’ll try to make plan and go there this time :)

      If you’re planning to go to Harajuku, you might wanna check out Meiji Shrine coz’ it’s just 5 minutes walk from Harajuku station :)

    Meiji Shrine is definitely high on my list of places to visit once I’m able to get over to Japan! Your photos are great!
