Tegamisha (手紙舎) Hibari (ヒバリ)

Such a lovely cafe with a nice selections of books & zakka.

Love the ambiance!

Some of the books looks quite old. I think there’s a mix of new & used books.

They serve lunch from 11:00 – 16:00 (from Wednsday to Sunday), dinner from 18:00-23:00 (only at Friday and Saturday) My friend  and I was there 30 minutes before they’re going to close :(

We only managed to have a drink and snapped some photos….I would love to go back there again to check out those books on the shelf & try their very healthy looking meals.

They are closed on Monday and Tuesday.

Nearest station : Tsutsujigaoka  station (つつじヶ丘駅) along the Keio Line (京王線).

Detailed map and instructions over here. It’s a bit far from the station. Taking the bus is a better option especially on hot summer days :o

Their official website is here >>

Oh my gosh, this looks so awesome! It makes me want to go back to Korea so I can go to Japan to visit it. I love places like this. It’s my dream to have my own place like this someday. :)

The furniture and deco are so simple yet retro. I love going to cafes where there are good materials to read ..what more do you need to enjoy a hot cuppa eh! I think I would enjoy it too if i was there. Ambiance plays a very important role for cafe / restaurants / bars!

Silly question but Im going to ask you anyway :) what photography software do you use to edit your photos here? You know like resizing and typing text on them especially that copyright symbol? :)

I think there’s a lot of software out there but I usually use Adobe softwares like Photoshop or Image ready…
